iTero Scanner

At Predent Dental we are very excited about our new arrival, an iTero digital scanner.  

If you have ever had impressions taken of your teeth, we are sure you can remember how uncomfortable and messy the whole process is. The iTero scanner will allow us to take a digital image of your teeth, using a handheld device which is moved gently over the teeth, a digital image is then sent directly to a monitor at the practice.

The iTero scanner is particularly useful for our patients undergoing Invisalign teeth straightening treatment, as not only will it enable us to produce the sets of aligners, but it will also allow us to show you how we expect your teeth to move and the likely outcome – what your new smile will look like.
